Emirates Developments, in partnership with Hilton, has announced the official launch of Hilton Residences Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), a 38-storey residential tower in Dubai. The announcement was made during an event held in Dubai last Thursday, according to a company press release.
The launch event was attended by investors, industry representatives, media, and public figures, including media personality Kris Fade and singer Tamer Hosny.
Located in Cluster F of Jumeirah Lakes Towers, the project is positioned between Sheikh Zayed Road and Jumeirah Lake. The development includes 396 residential units comprising studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as four-bedroom sky villas.
Facilities within the tower will include an entrance lounge, infinity pool, children’s pool, fitness and wellness areas with spa and sauna, landscaped terraces, retail outlets, and children’s play areas.
Abduljbar Elnatour, Commercial Director at Emirates Developments, said in the statement that the partnership with Hilton reflects the company’s objective of combining hospitality standards with residential development to offer what he described as “a lifestyle of distinction.”
Hilton Residences JLT marks Emirates Developments’ first real estate project. The company said the development aims to integrate design, hospitality, and community living while contributing to Dubai’s urban development goals.
Johnathan Wingo, Global Head of Real Estate & Residential Programs and Senior Vice President at Hilton, said the project builds on Hilton’s legacy in hospitality. “Hilton has been at the forefront of global hospitality for over a century, and we are proud to bring that legacy into the heart of Dubai’s residential market,” he said.
Designed by a team of architects in collaboration with Hilton’s global design unit, the tower features a glazed façade with vertical lines intended to reflect its surroundings. The interior design is said to draw on natural materials and light tones to create a sense of comfort and balance.
Architect Lizza Muscat, who worked on the project, stated during the unveiling that the tower was designed as “a destination where architecture, emotion, and experience unite,” according to the press release.
Hilton Residences JLT is situated near major business and leisure districts, including Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Downtown Dubai, and Dubai International Airport. The development is also in proximity to the DMCC Metro Station.
According to Emirates Developments, the project underscores its plans to expand within Dubai’s premium residential market through partnerships that combine global hospitality expertise with local development capabilities.
