SRERD honours winners of Real Estate Excellence Award

The Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD) has announced that 17 institutions have won the Real Estate Excellence Award.

The awards are part of the SRERD's relentless pursuit to explore horizons that consolidate Sharjah's position as one of the most attractive global destinations for investors based on a sustainable knowledge economy.

The SRERD celebrated the winners at its headquarters, in the presence of Abdul Aziz Ahmed Al Shamsi, Director-General of the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, Abdulaziz Rashid Al Saleh, Director of the Department, and Humaid Al Abbar, Advisor to the SRERD.

The awards are divided into four categories: Real Estate Offices for the City of Sharjah and the Eastern Province, Real Estate Development Companies, Best Owners Association Board of Directors, and the Companies for Administrative Supervision Services for Owners Associations.

Al Shamsi said, "The annual Real Estate Excellence Award is part of the SRERD's strategic plan and its main programmes that contribute to enhancing Sharjah's position in the real estate sector, support successful models of institutions and companies operating in this vital market and seek to enrich creative competition. Participants in the various categories of the award, including offices, companies and owners' associations, achieve the department's aspirations to reach a sustainable real estate investment based on the market elements and encourage them to achieve excellence and creativity in their performance."

He added, "This development witnessed by the SRERD throughout its term was not a coincidence. Instead, it came as a result of diligent and continuous work and a commitment to the wise vision and sound directives of H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and the follow-up of H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah."
