Zoya Developments has sold all units at Elinor by Zoya, its AED 104 million residential development in Dubai South, within 15 days of its launch.
The developer said the result reflected growing investor and end-user demand for premium residential communities in Dubai South, which is emerging as one of the emirate's key development districts.
First Prime Properties served as the project's exclusive sales partner. The brokerage, led by CEO Ali Al Dahari, was responsible for the sales strategy and execution.
According to Zoya Developments, the sell-out followed the establishment of the project's escrow account, execution of all sales and purchase agreements, and completion of the sales process.
Imtiaz Khan, managing director and co-founder of Zoya Developments, said the outcome demonstrated the strength of the development's proposition and investor confidence in the company.
"Selling an AED 104 million development in less than two weeks is a significant milestone that reflects the strength of our product, the trust of our investors and the dedication of our sales partners," Khan said.
He also credited Al Dahari and the First Prime Properties team for their role in the sales campaign.
Elinor by Zoya has been positioned as a premium, lifestyle-focused residential community offering connectivity and long-term investment potential. Its location in Dubai South places it within a district benefiting from continued infrastructure, aviation and real estate development.
The project adds to Zoya Developments' expanding UAE portfolio. The company said it plans to continue targeting key growth locations with residential developments focused on modern design, investment value and sustainability.
