Organised by Built Environment Middle East and hosted by Media Fusion on October 15 at Palazzo Versace Hotel in Dubai, the ceremony recognised individuals and organisations across facilities management, real estate development, architecture, property and community management, construction technology and sustainability. Winners were honoured in 31 categories, with Gold and Silver awards presented in most of them. Several categories ended in ties.
The evening was hosted by emcee Priya Jethani and opened by Marisha Singh, Editor of Built Environment ME magazine. Tarek Al Assil, Executive Director of title sponsor iFM Facilities Management, delivered the keynote address.
Shortlisted entries were assessed by an independent jury of industry experts:

Among the night's special honours, Dr Ansari Wahid received the Lifetime Achievement Award, presented by Ali Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Global FM Association. Dubai Land Department received the Sustainability and Environment Award. It was accepted by Mohammed Bin Hammad and Ahmad Khalil Alhamdani on behalf of the department's Resilience, Sustainability and Quality of Life Implementation Team for the Real Estate Communities.
Msheireb Properties had one of the strongest nights, taking Gold for both Innovation in Architecture and Net-Zero Champion of the Year. iFM Facilities Management won Gold for Health & Safety Initiative and Best Use of Tech – FM. Nanosoft Technologies won Gold for both Innovative Technology of the Year and Innovative Construction Technology. Asteco, Al Saqer Property Management and Anacity were also among the multiple winners.
